These terms cover your use of the Daily app. By using Daily, you agree to them.
1. Using Daily
Daily is a personal fitness and movement-habit app for iOS. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
2. Health & safety
Daily is not medical advice. It provides general exercise routines, not personalized coaching or medical guidance. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Exercise carries inherent risks — you participate at your own risk, listen to your body, and stop if something hurts.
3. Purchases
The core app is free. Optional workout packs are one-time in-app purchases processed by the Apple App Store, tied to your Apple ID, and yours to keep across your devices. There is no subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
4. Your content & data
The workout history and preferences you create belong to you and are stored on your device and in your iCloud. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
6. No warranty
Daily is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and post the new version here; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
